Can I book every week? I like my car clean. How much will I be paying per month?

Absolutely — as a member, you can book as often as you’d like.

If you’re on the Deluxe Plan, your membership includes 1 VIP Plus service per month. Any additional VIP Washes are just $89 each — a special flat rate exclusive to Deluxe members (retail value up to $175).

Can I pause my membership if I go on vacation or won’t use it for a while?

Memberships are billed monthly and cannot be paused. However, your monthly service can be rescheduled to a later date within the same billing cycle. For longer travel, we recommend timing your service before or after your trip for maximum value.

What if I miss my appointment?

We understand life happens. We allow one courtesy reschedule per month with 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiting that month’s included service.

Can I use my membership on a friend or family member’s car?

For mobile services, we typically reschedule for clear weather. For in-shop services, we’re open rain or shine. Members can always opt for shop-based appointments to avoid weather delays.

Can I use my membership on a friend or family member’s car?

Memberships are VIN-locked and designed for the registered vehicle(s) only. However, Deluxe members can gift one service every 6 months at member pricing. It’s our way of rewarding loyalty without opening the door to misuse.

Can I upgrade my plan or add more vehicles later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time, and add additional vehicles at any time for just $49 (SUVs) or $39 (sedans) per month — no need to create a separate plan.

Does the membership cover everything in a full detail?

Each plan includes one premium service (VIP Wash or VIP Plus), monthly perks, and discounts — but full detailing packages (interior + exterior deep clean) are available at 20% off for members.

Will my car look showroom new after every visit?

We’ll get it as close as possible! Your membership gives you consistent maintenance, which means your car always looks better than the average — and retains its value longer — but deep issues (e.g., stains, damage, oxidation) may require additional services.

Can I use my membership on a friend or family member’s car?

Memberships are VIN-locked and apply only to the registered vehicles. However, as a Deluxe member, you can gift one service every 6 months to a friend or family member at your 20% member discount.
